Greg Gorden, HAB Provider
​Greg graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology.  He has worked with various ages of children from ages 5-17.  He has worked in the capacity of a service provider in managing cases for at-risk youth, mentoring, and speaking to various youth groups.  Greg enjoys sports, activities that promote interpersonal development, and being socially involved in the community.  He has worked with youth since 2001.  He was a habilitation provider under the former CA-PRTF Grant and looks forward to working with youth and families in the future.

Shelly Paulson, FST Provider 

Shelly graduated from Purdue University in 1999.  She started her career in a residential treatment facility as a case manager facilitating anger management and substance abuse groups.  Since moving to Indianapolis in 2001, Shelly has worked with local mental health agencies providing skills development, case management, and group facilitation.  Most recently she spent 6 years working as a wraparound facilitator with CMHW/CMHI.  Shelly has a great deal of experience working with children and families that are struggling to move forward.  Shelly’s straight forward, down to earth and real personality make it easy to relate to families and to help them take the steps needed to make the changes they want to see.

Christine O'Hara, FST Provider 

Christine graduated from DePauw University with a bachelor of arts degree in Communications. She and her husband have three grown children, one of whom was adopted at age 8 from Tomsk, Russia. After parenting her adopted child who suffers from severe mental illness for 11 years, Christine was determined to help others who are also parenting children with severe behaviors. She currently facilitates a support group for caregivers of people with mental illness. She was certified in 2015 through NAMI as a Parent Support Provider and now provides Family Support and Training through the 1915I CMHW program. She is passionate about helping caregivers navigate the system while encouraging and empowering them. And because of her lived experience, she can lend an empathetic shoulder to lean on.

Meet our Wrap Around Providers


Julie Kavanaugh; MSW, LCSW, Founder 

Julie holds a Master's degree in Social Work and has had clinical license since 2009. Julie specializes with younger children, but also has experience working with adolescents, adults, as well as families. Julie uses techniques of play therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and solution based therapy to assist clients. Julie enjoys her career and is passionate about providing services to her clients.

Maggie Mattingly,  FST Provider 

Maggie is determined to educate other parents that there is hope after receiving a diagnosis of a mental illness, after having personal experiences of her own with her children.  She currently facilitates support groups in Madison County:  A group for Parents of Children with Any Disability and a Group for Parents of Teens living with Depression and Self-harm.  She has provided many trainings and public speaking engagements to educate on disabilities, special education law, and bullying prevention.   She has a great deal of experience with assisting parents in developing appropriate behavior plans in the school setting by attending case conferences.  She is successful in advocating for children with emotional disabilities in the school setting to make sure that the student receives a free and appropriate education.  She completed certification in 2015 through NAMI as a Parent Support Provider and now provides Family Support and Training through the 1915I CMHW program.   Maggie is committed to assisting parents/caregivers through their struggles to access the resources to strengthen the family.
